Why is it any different than what happened today?
I'm going to entertain your stupidity for one post and then I'm done
first I'd like to point at that I took a couple well deserved jabs at you this morning but really nothing more than what I do on any day. If this ruling had gone the other way I'm sure you'd be in a frenzy of self-congratulations right now while constantly insulting anyone who disagreed with you.
On to your absurd premise
first the health care law was not created to help prop up insurane companies or recoup losses from insurance companies so right out of the gate you're on the wrong track
second, if it followed the health care ruling then if you already had a car they couldn't use this law to make you buy a car
third if you couldn't afford a care you'd probably be exempt from the requirement to buy one or given assistance to buy one or you would be exempt from the penalty
fourth - if you could afford to buy a car but chose not to buy one then you could pay a penalty rather than being forced to buy a car
fifth - the entire premise is profoundly stupid and misguided and has no basis in reality - refer back to my first point
