Try eating a caloric deficit, don't' stuff your face 5-7x/day, and fucking exercise. a 1500-2000cal diet comprised of either A) relatively balanced macro's or B) keto like macro's, both would yield similar results given all other factors are constant. matter of fact, the balanced diet would keep you fuller, saner, with more energy in the gym.
