I'm out of time for today, I'll try to pick it up tomorrow but just for shits and giggles I added up the protien you ate as posted on you're eat ice cream thread..this shows up about page number 22. Now I estimated on some things but I figured there are about 34 grams of protien in a can of tuna and I only gave you 18 grams when you said you ate eggs, I just picked a nuber but in reality it would have been 2 whole eggs (14 grams) and 1 egg white (3.5, I rounded up to 4), now I figure you ate more eggs than that so my total is pretty low...I also don't know how much protine is in 8ox. of salmon off the top of my head so I said 40 grams, might be high but I don't have time to look it up but I'm sure my low egg estimate and my might be too high salmon estimate level out in the end. How many grams did you eat during that diet: 334 grams. Kinda funny how it was ok for you then but not when someone else is doing it.
You provide nothing but hypothetical results from hypothetical situations. You know nothing about his protien or how expensive or inexpensive it is. I've never ordered it so I won't say but from what I hear it's very affordable.
I just think it's funny as hell when it's ok when it comes to you but not to anybody else.
I've been natural my whole life..I weigh about 208 right now and I eat about 220 grams of protien a day, I don't worry about it, I make my meals the night before and eat at work, I don't spend all that much money either. I'm about 12% BF and I'm making great gains right now even though I'm having alot of issues at home that are making it very hard to train in the right mindset.
You make it sound like all you do if you train DC is go to the gym, worry aobut trianing and worry about eating. I don't know where you get this from. First I train 3 times a week, about an hour at a time. I do cardio when I can, I have a wife, kids, school and a job and it ain't all that hard. Again you are basing everything on hypotheticals and made up scenerio's. If you tain like DaddyWaddy trains you're in the gym waaaaaaay more than I am, hell I can do 2 days worth of workouts in the time he does 1 workout with a 45lbs bar doing upright rows. I'vc never been stronger either, I've incline pressed the 130's for 6, leg pressed 900lbs all this and I consider myself a "part timer".....
There's no cult, no more than there is here of guys waiting in line to blow you..you just make shit up and use words like cult to make your arguement more effective.
