EXPOSING DC and DANTE for LIES:by the numbers.

Ok,

So you have heard of DANTE and DC training. He advocates 300 plus grams of protein and a 500 dollar fee for training.  We all already know that the high protein intake is pointless. Here are some number for you to swallow.

1.In order to get 350 grams of protein a day you have to work hard at it.  It will become a full time job.  It is the dumbest thing you can do because it is HIGHLY impractical an not very good for your health. 

1lb chicken = 120g protein   350/120 =   2.91lbs x $4 = $11.64 per day,  X 365 =If you buy chicken at $4/lb it is $4,284 per year.He then wants you to buy his bullshit protein.  No idea how much it costs but I am sure that junk is expensive and not worth a dime.

Lets just say 100 dollars in his supplements.

So we are at, $4,384 dollars spent so far.  Carb sources are going to be about roughly half the protein costs,but could be more.  I will give the benefit of the doubt and say 560 dollars or so.
So now we are at $4,944.
Olive Oil consumption is probably around 100-150 dollars.
Gym Dues are up. 300 dollars.

We are now at $5,394. 

This is the baseline total an Average DC trainer is going to spend.

He is also going to spend all of his time worrying about his diet.  Having to get that protein in.  Worrying about if he can go somewhere and not leave without his chicken breast and rinsed beef.

He will then become an outcast and be a slave.

Chances are he is going to be fat as well from all the unneeded protein.

And if you are lifetime natural like me, you can see the silliness in this practice.

I don`t know folks but anyone with a brain can clearly see how much of a scammed out bullshit plan this is.

350-400 grams of protein and all these clowns do is one set of Smith inclines for chest, one set of smith shoulder presses, one set of close grips on the smith, one set of "rack chins" and one set of partial deadlifts, are you going to tell me that you need that much protein after a sissy workout like that, hahahaha.

I never seen his natural trainees because posting pictures on that board is taboo. I like the though of getting progressively stronger on each and every single workout. Thats why it looks like Henry's Triceps are over grown as if a new layer of mass was added on the already huge piece. Just like his back.

Check it out it looks like a mini Coleman.

I'm out of time for today, I'll try to pick it up tomorrow but just for shits and giggles I added up the protien you ate as posted on you're eat ice cream thread..this shows up about page number 22.  Now I estimated on some things but I figured there are about 34 grams of protien in a can of tuna and I only gave you 18 grams when you said you ate eggs, I just picked a nuber but in reality it would have been 2 whole eggs (14 grams) and 1 egg white (3.5, I rounded up to 4), now I figure you ate more eggs than that so my total is pretty low...I also don't know how much protine is in 8ox. of salmon off the top of my head so I said 40 grams, might be high but I don't have time to look it up but I'm sure my low egg estimate and my might be too high salmon estimate level out in the end.  How many grams did you eat during that diet: 334 grams.  Kinda funny how it was ok for you then but not when someone else is doing it.

You provide nothing but hypothetical results from hypothetical situations.  You know nothing about his protien or how expensive or inexpensive it is.  I've never ordered it so I won't say but from what I hear it's very affordable.

I just think it's funny as hell when it's ok when it comes to you but not to anybody else.

I've been natural my whole life..I weigh about 208 right now and I eat about 220 grams of protien a day, I don't worry about it, I make my meals the night before and eat at work, I don't spend all that much money either.  I'm about 12% BF and I'm making great gains right now even though I'm having alot of issues at home that are making it very hard to train in the right mindset.

You make it sound like all you do if you train DC is go to the gym, worry aobut trianing and worry about eating.  I don't know where you get this from.  First I train 3 times a week, about an hour at a time.  I do cardio when I can, I have a wife, kids, school and a job and it ain't all that hard.  Again you are basing everything on hypotheticals and made up scenerio's.  If you tain like DaddyWaddy trains you're in the gym waaaaaaay more than I am, hell I can do 2 days worth of workouts in the time he does 1 workout with a 45lbs bar doing upright rows.  I'vc never been stronger either, I've incline pressed the 130's for 6, leg pressed 900lbs all this and I consider myself a "part timer".....

the only time i every eat any chicken at all would be precontest...i go for 300-350g protein a day and mostly from shakes.

combining 100% whey cross flow-micro filtration whey with the right choices of fat and complex carbs works great.

you should put down the big mac and give it a try.
