he doesnt know how to train...thats why he looks like a swimmer with overdeveloped biceps...ive posted before about this bs endless sets and reps, light weight shit...wont do any good.

he has know idea what a high intensity, muscle building, workout is.

I was also thinking the same thing.  I know alot of people with good vascularity and they don't use drugs.  It is usually a sign of low bodyfat.
