So I go to see my brother who is a monster 225 at 6'0 and 35%bf at 38yrs, and he talks about getting fit.I suggest weights to which he replies,"I think ive got the frame to get too big if I lifted weights, I dont want to be a big muscleman" to which his wife added " I wouldnt want you becoming some meathead", I said "Haha i reckon youd be a BEAST with 2 months training HAHAHAHAHAHAHA"

Remembers me of that XS guy in the gym watching a poster of some bodybuilding show, which showed some framed pictures of bodybuilders. He looked at it with a mixture of repulse and disbelieve, then he shakes his head and walked away.  ::)

I run into at least one a week.  I had one guy actually say to me, "I just want to get fit, not get big...like you."  His wife responded with an eye roll and "Honey, I don't think you have to worry about that at all."  F'n clown.  hahahaha funny that his wife owned him for me.
