That's a tough one, I'm currently on a beer diet, so I have 6 different kinds of bottled beer in my fridge... since it's hot, this weekend I've so far had those two:

i hear you man a lot of people usually complains and say thats no real beer, too smooth etc but you dont always wanna drink some heavy guiness when it's a warm summer night you know so those two above looks good, i havent tasted cobra but i have tasted sol and although it's a little watery it's still good

i think that picture shows that if you have genetically bad arms for example, there's not a lot you can do about it to bring them up, not even juice will help, so let's say some has weak calves, then what should he do its not like he can do much different
still people dont get this so they comment on professional bodybuilders and say "haha look at his calves" like they could be any different than they are.

1. No, a neck can never be too big, a big neck is far more impressive, and far more important than big biceps for example.

2. There's a number of exercises you can do, bridges, something mostly done by wrestlers and martial artists is a great exercise. Other ways to train it is to use a neck harness:

I've been using one for a few years now and it really made a difference.
