FYI ~ That would be a final working set of seated alt db curls for 6-8 reps to failure after 2 warmups sets and 3-4 other working sets.

I saw Kevin Levrone struggle with 4 reps on this weight in the M3 video, and you're doing up to twice what he does with the same poundages?
