Hmm, I think they are. Im at 19" right now, and mikes arms are def bigger, they look really impressive when he hits a double bi. Mike has great arms. Nice peaks.

My arms are 20" cold anyday of the week and I get comments everyday from ppl (to the point where it begins to get old).  They look nothing like the pictures the show the various angles of Arvilla's arm.  In fact, one of my training partners has 17.5" cold arms and they look to be about Arvilla's size (maybe even bigger) but with more definition.

I'll post an arm pic tomorrow to show what I mean.  Heracles, post an arm pic as well if you are up to it.

Squatz, Michael didn't say they were 20" now.  He said he had them up to 20" (meaning at one time, when he had some bf on him...he was 270lbs).  They are not 20" right now, but he is working on it.

Not really, if I entered a show at that time I would have been maybe 220 or 225 and that was only a max weight I had.  I usually hung a bit less or more  Like I said, it was all about coming home from work alive every day.  I'm glad I don't have to put up with that shit anymore
