What are you guys talking about? Ron represents this site. The guys here who have some standing do so because they are fearless about criticism and have a clue about what is going on. The idea that some sort of consensus can be distilled from these forums is nonsense. There may be directions, beliefs, opinions and attitudes but nothing resembling any sort of consensus. The joy of this site is that anyone and everyone can get bagged if for no other reason than to see how he/she reacts to it. No one here represents me. I would be surprized if anyone here took himself so seriously that he would want to interact with the IFBB or any other group. That is not what this site is about. There is no way anyone could feel that the boards support him or that he knows what everyone feels or wants.

We do a better job the way things are. Open slather.

I agree old timer. I think this was just another thread to toss around some peoples online names, make them feel important. No harm done, but no real purpose either imo.

I think the job may be too important to give one person, rather we should have a security council much like the UN...a getbig council which would represent the various opinions that the board holds. That is a sure fire way to make sure that the proper checks and balances are in place to prevent corruption. A five person assembly so that each vote or measure needs a majority vote to win. My nominations would include initally...

Heck, in 1993, the man who set up the WTC bombing was actually *recorded on tape* giving the orders of exactly where to park the truck bomb. He also gave them the explosives and said they were fake. that it was all just a test.

The middle-eastern man believed he was being set up, so he tape recorded the whole thing. That's right - he has, on tape, the head of the NY FBI Field Office, telling him to blow up the towers.

And today? LOL... the man is still in jail. The media ran it once (check out google) and the story was droppped forever. Can you believe that? I mean, you can't get caught any more red-handed than voice on tape. Sad.

I would feel more comfortable if there were a group of us to form a council than having all the responsibility on my shoulders...I feel if I were to be handed full responsibility to represent everyone here at GETBIG I may one day fall victim of corruption and false influence.

It can't be established anymore that an Official Getbig.com Fan Representitive is needed! Injustices in the IFBB and NPC have been going on for too long...this industry is alive ONLY because of the fans..we MUST show "them" we are NOT going to accept unfairness, bad judging, unruly competitors, bogus claims made by supplement companies, and lies and smut written by magazine writers. We demand fairness, equality, truth and justice across the entire board. We have to remember...we have to understand this industry wouldnt exist...without the fans and we as fans have been abused and kicked in the teeth for far too long by 'the powers that be' and if this industry is going to survive...and if these people want to eat and pay their bills and like thier roof above their heads...then they better get it right because if we form a rebellion and get powerful enough...they have no choice but to bow down to us.

240 is our leader...he represents ALL of you ALL on here...
