I've had a pic taken with me, Ronnie and both my kids and we didn't need to hump the guy to get it. Maybe the pic is real and if so I was wrong no biggie. But that doesn't change the fact that you hype yourself up like you are something you are not. As I said before prove yourself in something. Otherwise you'll just always be known as an internet whore. Great accomplishment there.

you posted a pic saying you were deadlifting 600 but you were acctually deadlifting less than 500 and were exposed, im sure people here can confirm that.

i count 4 45's a side 1 35 or 25, and a 25 or a 10, not 600, ive actually deaded 600 and the bar would acctually bend.

i know the bar bends with that much weight ... but when he is in the process of lifting it wouldnt it straighten up due to momentum??

Count again. 5 plates of 45,2 plates of 35,10s,5 and a 2 and a half.

The bar IS bending. The quality of the shot is the dumbass who took it fault.

Matters no difference as I plan on doing 650 soon.

looks like hes at lockout and im not sure but i dont think the bar straightens out, i never really pay attention to that.
