I don't know about your training, but I don't use the Smith Machine.  Free weights for most of the compound movements, machines for some of the isolation work.

Afeni Shakur is a crackhead, a negligent mother, which is partly why 2Pac ended up the way he did.  She let Eminem of all people produce a Pac album......that should tell you all you need to know about her silly cracked out ass.  She even dedicated a statue to Pac in Georgia for the foundation in his name, and the shit looks nothing like Pac.

I went to the Elite Fitness Classic put on by Quincy Roberts.  It is the best show in NC.


Here is a funny picture, Ronnie Coleman and I.  He is pretty huge.  We have a lot more pics to post, but I just wanted to get this one out there for now....


Noah Steere was there also and he recognized me from the boards.  Just to let you know, when asked by myself, "Do you think Tom Prince is 230 lbs??"   He hastily replied with a beautiful grin, "f**k No!,Theres no way."  I tend to believe someone who is 6`6"  300 or so lbs.

Peace to Noah for keeping it real. He reads the boards and likes what Team Adonis and company post.  I have a few pictures with him as well.

I blew it up and looked closely.  I stated that Adonis was closer, obvious by the size of their head comparisons.  But it looks legitimate to me.  I'm sure that one of our photoshop gurus would have proven it to be a fake.  I talked to TA before he went to meet him, we discussed the t-shirt he'd be wearing. Plus he sent me the video clips he recorded there.  So we know he was there, we saw other pics he took of Coleman and the pimply kid, and we haven't seen anything to say the pic was a fake.  Seems real to me, blown up 8 times.

OK, let's get this cleared up once and for all.  Name a specific example of "bullshit" he's posted.  And I'll agree that Adonis plays alot of games...but as far as actual, specific claims made on things, I'm not sure that you could accurately say that "a lot of what he says is bullshit."  At any rate, I feel Adam's got alot of potential, at least in the showbiz of bodybuilding.  People need to realize that this is exactly what this is.  Physique presentation is no good if it doesn't accompany the personal stories of triumph, pain, the characters involved, including the heroes, villains, role models, wanna-be's, clowns, etc.  The internet has the ability to bring to bodybuilding all of this, because it provides a coherent, uniform medium/gathering place for those with enough creative talent to bring all the stories together and paint a pretty cool fucking picture.  Alot of pros resent us because we're not slaves to the discipline they must be to be where they are...but what they should realize, IMO, is that they need us, just like we need them.  Just because you're not placing top 5 in the Olympia doesn't mean you don't have anything to contribute.  The reality of it all is that it's precisely THAT group of people who rely the most on "we more mortal folk" to give them the voice they need to accentuate their efforts and communicate to the world why the hell they do what they do.  There's definitely a story to be told here, and the rest of the world has more than just proper bench press form to learn from it. 

I know what's possible through all this, and I don't think many of you have a clue as to what ELSE we could be doing with all this than what we are at the moment.

As for the pic.... It's seems to be missing something, shadows. The contrast in size, light and color just makes it look odd. Even if it is the real McCoy, who gives a bloody fvck.

In fact, I hope it is real because it would qualify as one of GetBig's biggest self ownings. Some on-line wannabe Nazi tripping over himself to get a pic with a black guy ("golly" might be the term we read here so often") and then bragging about it for attention.

Then to add insult to injury he asks for an autograph to boot, LOL!

The only real question is how much gay porn this guy has at home and how long it took to photo-shop those Batman and Robin outfits on himself and Mr. Coleman.
