Nietzsche was "sickly" because he caught syphilis from a whore and this is why he was reduced to being cared for by his family. At one point he was one of the ballers of his time, a shotcaller in the grand scheme, until his fall......
He never got back up.

DIV, Nietzche was far from a "baller or shot caller" in regards to women. He had two marriage proposals that blew up in his face. One to Mathilde Trampedach, via her boyfriend who she ended up marrying. FN wrote a lenghty apology to her. The second was to Lou Salome, who not only turned him down, but suggested a three-way with the guy FN sent to propose to her. Nothing ever came of it.
Here are some quotes from FN on women:
"When a woman has scholarly inclinations, there is usually something wrong with her sexually." "Woman has so much reason for shame; so much pedantry, superficiality, schoolmarmishness, petty presumption, petty licentiousness, and immodesty lies concealed in woman." "Everything about woman has one solution: that is pregnancy."
And by all accounts he never had a "genuine romance." Hard to believe with the above quotes, huh?
