Everybody are not built to do squat or bench press. that's why so many injuries occurs or most of bodies are unbalanced.
When Yates tried to train Kaï, it was a failure because the 2 bodies were too different.
Yates's exercises are ok for his long members, not for Kaï who is the opposite. No one know
about the biomecanics, even the pros.

And that's the whole idea. The Hodge Twins have been doing this for quite some time. Its actually a live workout show.

Basically, its the Derek Anthony show....except that it doesn't suck and they are making some decent money from it. They have almost 200,000 viewers and they make money from Youtube views, Google Adsense, and BB.com affiliate sales which almost rivals Matt C's

The Hodge twins are spot on !!!
Jay Cutler exercise form SUCKS almost as bad as Ronnie Coleman exercise form !!!
But when you take the amount of drugs and move the poundages Cutler and Coleman move, that kind of workout is very effective to put muscle mass !!!
By the way the Hodge Twins are 2 natural bodybuilders and they have a 1000 times better physique than that drug addicted refrigerator shaped abominations of a bodybuilder called Jay Cutler and I suggest anybody to check their other youtube channel askhodgetwins were they talk about sex because is hilarious !!!
