Back from overseas, back in the gym.

With several black ops under way the last year so I've spent most of time either simulation training or in the field either with my team which includes tactical and weapons specialists such as (Huge) Nasser and many other known American celebrities kind enough to volunteer to protect our liberties.

Thanks Chief, it's been hard to eat well and keep up with the weights away from home.

Now that I'm back, training at home, should be back in shape in no time. Still have shoulders all that counts for now.
