Barbells range from 90-150lbs, Old school kettlebells, old school bench is made from bullet proof iron piping!

Just curious, and not trolling here.

Is there a reason why you ordered these instead of more modern, rubber molded,preloaded barbells and dumbells?

The reason I ask, is I have always found that this style constantly needs to be checked for loose collars. Not to mention, they ding up the floors and surrounding equipment.

He likes it because older stuff was make to suit shorter people.

Nice old school stuff.

Been my experience that some guy's back away from equipment that doesn't look familiar to them. Takes time to get use to, if at all, I guess.

How long are those bars? If collars always come loose, drill a hole in front of collars for a set pin to slide through. To the extreme, weld a small tack on the collars to the bar. A couple of out members were welders, and help build a lot of our basic equipment.

Coach if you ever come to Dublin *don't know why you would - You have to have a look at the Hercules Gym, Weigtlifting club exists since 1935 or so - has equipment from 1835 like a dip bar of some sort - its fucking amazing - best gym ever.

I think what you do is extremly clever, I believe with more and more gyms making life harder for the serious lifters they will come right back to the "hardcore" gyms and as far as I know don't even mind paying a lot more as long as they have like minded people around them.

You need a hot receptionist - some chick that is a nympo and doesn't mind flirting all day long
