After being tazed a few times, the naked man still managed to break an officers jaw, do a Back flip, and run away - before finally being totally subdued.

Not many things harder to do than gain control of a drugged up sweating naked man without hurting him (no Homo) . Only thing you can add to that is trying to do it with an escaped mental patient with I.V. needles in his arms... fun fun

yeah...just shoot him.  He could have gotten ahold of at least two of those cop's guns and started shooting everything in sight.
