Sure, he can!! Obama said he wouldn't raise taxes on the middle class. He just did. And since it's the PRESIDENCY, not the gubernatorial race of Massachusetts at stake, not only can Romney criticize Obama on it, but he can hit him on all the foolishness the Dems had to do to pass it and tack that onto the vulnerable Dems in the House and Senate.

Don't you think if that 2008 video or any others were a factor, it would have torpedoed him in the GOP primary?

Bachmann tried it; it didn't work
Gingrich tried it; it didn't work
Santorum tried it; it didn't work
Perry tried it; it didn't work.

Obama has to sell an unpopular law, that's been loathed for over three years, with the gory details of who gets sodomized being aired by the week. And, now, it's been officially called what conservatives have known it to be all along, to quote one pundit: "A big f*@(#&@ TAX!!!"
