top 3 fat sources:

organic lard
organic coconut oil
organic butter

any of the 3 would dramatically improve the value of your breakfast

what about avocados? those taste insane

avocados are one of the healthiest fruits... personally I tend to eat them for 'desert'

their fat composition is excellent, i also like to use avocado oil for salad dressings... the primary fatty acid in avocados is oleic acid which is the same as in olives & olive oil (the word oleic is derived from the same greek root as olive)

Fatty acids   Typical%
Palmitic           14.25 %
Palmitoleic     5.84 %
Stearic               0.1 %
Oleic                     65.4 %
Linoleic              14.74 %
Linolenic               0.8 %

Oleic acid has a ton of health benefits

But my favorite is this one:

As an insect pheromone
Oleic acid is emitted by the decaying corpses of a number of insects, including bees and Pogonomyrmex ants, and triggers the instincts of living workers to remove the dead bodies from the hive. If a live bee[8] or ant[9][10] is daubed with oleic acid, it is dragged off for disposal as if it were dead. The oleic acid smell also may indicate danger to living insects, prompting them to avoid others who have succumbed to disease or places where predators lurk.
