I respect what he said a out his training style being for him and he isn't telling anyone to train that way...he needs to realise as he is a pro bber a lot of aspiring you g kids will look up to him But watching that vid he cheated on every single set warmup sets included .. To be brutally honest, bodybuilding is so bad now and the newer guys are so incomplete physique-wise that Johnnie just might steal it..he is one of the few holdover bb'ers who has true muscular development....along with Branch, heath, the X-man,
