nubret i reiterate my point had weak legs and average back . looks good only becaUSE HE WAS SO CUT . I SAID AVERAGE NOT WEAK BACK . he was no franco columbu nor oliva . nor robby robinson . . their back was better than serge . IMO .

Front is more important than back. Modern bodybuilding is an abomination exactly because nowadays it's more important how you look from the back than from the front... Nowadays you can have bloated front without abs or any striations or separation whatsoever, as long as you have shitloads of veins from high BP from drugs and shredded glutes you will be considered "conditioned".

Wake up, think for yourself. I have good back and shitty front and I would trade it any day, any moment.

How about NO side is more important than the whole? all sides developed and built evenly and compliment each other? how about nothing lacking and nothing exaggerated to the point it compromises the whole?
