i saw ronnie at the LA Expo this year, i was shocked how small he was, My Girlfriend however said DAMN HE IS BIG , HUGE ARMS....

But i also realize he is way past his prime, and i was more sad to not have seen him in person at his peak when he was the worlds larges muscle freak



this was taken the day i was there, still large and in charge

Arnold's bi shot owns the shit out of Ronnie. Never liked Ronnie's bis. His bicep looked like a little ball in relation to his huge arms

arnie is one of my fave bbers and actors but ronnies bis are a lot better

Just my opinion Mes. I like the look of Arnold's. I even prefer Levrones arms to Ronnie's. He had a flat peak for the most part but it was long and full. Kevin's tris blow Ronnie away too. Many people would say Ronnie best arms ever, not me.

ok man i can appreciate your opinion
coleman had the greatest arm IMO his tris didnt look good in the side tri but relaxed he had the biggest tris...biggest arms most vascular..... ripped....
 but again matter of opinion 8)

Yeah when he competed at close to 300lbs, I liked the look of them better for some reason. The sheer size and how cut they were made them look crazy weather I liked the shape or not.

Go up to one of your buddy's in the gym that has a peak like this it's more obvious in person even relaxed that their bicep connects higher up on the arm than most people, the split peak is entirely different. I think if you train hard enough/ take enough "supplements" you can get you bi to split as far as getting that peak like the pics your either born with your bi connecting higher or your not. Look at the Kai green pic his bi connects way up the arm real easy to see. Post a pic of Melvin I'd like to see what your talking about...
