I took 40mgs a day and didn't feel much to be honest. Is it UGL?

If so, why not start at like 50 and work your way up?

Actually 100mgs a day is more where the magic happens. HG var is expensive!

The most i have ever used was 80mg and i didn't have any issues. My strength went through the roof as well.

I think you need to use at least 40-50mg to get the best out of Var.

I have also heard that 80-100mg is the sweet spot for Var from some very experienced guys.

i agree with this...
i use it at 40-50mgs, i think it's where the price/effect relation is at it's best.
if it were cheaper i'd use it in every cycle

Personally I think if you only gonna run it at 40-50mgs then you are better off spending your money on more tren or some other compound. You dont have to go to the extreme of 100mgs a day like I said but I would def hit 75-80mggs like Overload suggested. No bones about it, it's freaking expensive but if you are going to run it do it right. Shoot women take 10-20mgs a day. You arent gonna see much at 40mgs a day IMO

Start at 40, and assess it based on that... i got some var which i think was overdosed, and 50mg a day gave me teriible stomach pain , but was g2g.. i have about 100 of them which i wont use anymore

im using a common UG lab and 80+ is where the magic started happening
who knows what the actual dosage is but var is great
but after 3-4 weeks orals distend my stomach too much to function

If you were doing 3 months, would you pyramid up to 80/day or just start there?

I always pyramid orals. Start with 20mg and bump it up by 20mg every 5-7 days as you feel comfortable. I have always had issues when i jumped into a heavy dose of orals straight away.

75mg more than plenty.

I did 20mg ed with 250mg testoviron e4/5th day. Strength, physique, & added vascularity literally started 1 week later. Looking to try 40mg next time around.

You got test as a base? Needed?

That's a nice little cycle. You should consider throwing in tren, maybe 100mgs EOD. Tren and var go good together IMO
