I remember when I went to Seoul Korea for the World Cup and seeing Roasted dogs hanging in the windows. Never tried ti though.

The only population more in need of a huge reduction than the Asians are the Africans. That would be just great if both can be reduced by a few billion! Perhaps a gradual decline is in order? Some form of sterilization?
