these guys are steroid tested every show, i doubt that they use stuff then. dont forget that they have very good genes so its relatively easy to build such an physique with hard training and a keen diet program with lots of vits protein etc.

Apparently, insulin gives the bloat face look, while being pretty cut or in shape. The 90s guys had sunken in faces, not saying they didn't use insulin, but from all accounts, it seems like today's guys use more than the 90s, but look worse.
