so let me get this straight, a ebt food stamp, never had a job, in and out of jail, welfare negro,  is asking why the budget cant  be balanced? does he know there are people out there working hard to pay for his debts, let alone there own family and 2 kids,  but not quite enough money to pay for his 12 kids and 8 baby mamas on welfare too?
