That guy in the orange tank top in the beginning is such a douche. He used to hog the smith machine for 45 mins and he'd give you a funny look if you grabbed a 45 plate off the side of it, even though there was 6 of them sitting there.

Youtube will pay you for every view of a video to run advertisements.... very handsomely too. Its what I told Dave to do for RX Muscle a while back with is paying off well.

Guy had some of the smallest legs i've ever seen. It used to literally look like he was walking around on toothpicks.

I used to train there. His usual routine was do a set on the smith every 5 minutes and then spend the rest of the time chewing gum and giving everyone tough guy stares. Total douche.
