2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons cold butter
3/4 cup warm (not hot) water
mix this then fry it in some shortening i use some non hyrdogenated shortening it has no trans fats, im not sure if it attains transfats when im fryin im not sure but its fuckin gooood
then top with powderd sugar!
fry on each side 45 seconds dont over do it... make a small patty about half the size of your hand not too thick
