i usually eat a meal of whole food and wait about 3-4 hours before training.. lots of water though.. you really dont need to eat much food for bodybuilding.. just throw in tons of junk calories whenever your feeling sore or weak.. otherwise justa few meals a day centered around moderate portions of protein should be good ... AT LEAST IN MY EXPERIENCE

well dude that's the thing that pisses me off. None of my buddies think she's as hot as I think she is, yet I could fuck better looking chicks than all my friends for the most part, yet Im still going WAY out of my way for her.

10 sets pyramiding up to 5 plates on each side then back down to one. 10 second rest in between sets

hack squat:

3 sets 3 plates each side

walking lunges:
3 sets across gym floor 30 reps

leg extension:
3 sets both legs 110 pounds right into single leg 30 pounds 10 reps each leg

Leg curl:
3 sets 10 reps

jump rope 2 minutes 1 minute rest total of ten minutes

Row machine with fan 10 minutes total

not a lot of weight but brutal and great for endurance

Don't really get nauseous from legs any longer. I used to years back.

My lower back was giving me a bit of grief from squatting singles the week before ( yeah I know, doing singles wtf?..blah blah ), so I was doing 30 rep sets last workout with moderately heavy weight and I still felt fine. May work up to 50 reps sets.
