Hey, that's a good question.  I don't really know the economic impact.  I imagine ending the war on drugs would be a good thing economically?

 We spend a lot of money incarcerating millions of non violent offenders, extra police, etc.  I guess unemployment would increase.

Does the good out weight the bad? 

It's completely wrong to tell people in a free country they cannot consume a plant that grows naturally from the earth.

I don't even thing American farmers are allowed to grow hemp?  The economic benefits of the new American hemp market might help balance things?

This test was pretty vague, and didn't take into account how important the issues are.  I can't support Obama based on the Patriot Act, Military Authorization Act, and Individual Mandate (just to name a few), regardless of the many other issues I do agree with him on.

On more in depth political tests I rank as strong libertarian (slightly right).  

On social issues I am admittedly liberal.
