This test was pretty vague, and didn't take into account how important the issues are. I can't support Obama based on the Patriot Act, Military Authorization Act, and Individual Mandate (just to name a few), regardless of the many other issues I do agree with him on.

On more in depth political tests I rank as strong libertarian (slightly right).

On social issues I am admittedly liberal.

I believe you...I am the same but your viewpoints here in this forum have been decidedly Conservative...which is why I wanted you to take the test....sometimes we put things out there that are not true to ourselves and our internal beliefs.....

The point of this test is for us here on the political board to really take a look at ourselves and see exactly where we stand politically....sometimes on here our views get a little warped due to us having to defend our viewpoints and react to the putdowns we receive from others on here....plus we have all branded each other as left wing nuts or neo-con fanatics.....this just helps us find out who we really are
