Looking great man, v eins on the delts means youre very very lean...you just seem to have the same problem with me, I would say flat-untrained abs give you the look that you carry extra bf...but its not.

shave the hair and train abs with weights..

Not even joking around, the size of his noggin actually makes his body look smaller. Shoot, I didn't know a noggin that big could actually make a roided up body look small.

hes just still a bit fat.actually hes not, hes just unfortunate to hold kinda unequaly lot fat on the abs.

not many natties go and simply build such arms and delts.

Still bigger than a natural but not by enough to justify all the hassles and sides of drug use IMO.

If not for the delts and especially the triceps I would have thought he was natural.
