I've been saying this for years.  

What I will also say that is 75% of ifbb "pros" are not smart enough to understand what works and what doesn't work when it comes to taking substances.  The vast majority of these guys depends on a hired trainer/guru & nutritionist to tell them what to eat, how to work out and what to inject.  For as much as these guys are "pros", they know very little about training, dieting and even steroids now a days.  Don't get fooled by the fancy IFBB PRO title.

There was once a time where the PROS were very knowledgable regarding all aspects of their contest prep and had everything down to a science.  Today, half of these guys are walking zombies.  Long gone are the days of the greats like Robert Michael Cicherillo.

That's the sad truth.

Further from the truth??  I saw first hand Art Atwood train.  Rarely trained like that.  A certain Chicago-land pro also is one of those "a set every 10 minutes" type of trainer.  My gym has 4 - 5 IFBB pro women in it, and they train harder than most guys.  Of those 4 - 5, only one is a FBB.  What does that tell you?
