Everybody has a chance but down hill is the exception to that rule, you could put him with the best gurus and trainers on the planet and it would not make a difference he still would not place well in a bodybuilding contest, perfect example of wasting your time and money.

Take the time to read up on diet, training, juice, supplements, all that shit. do some trial and error and actually pay attention to whats going on. these guys only know how to juice a guy up and assess people.

all the nutrition info and taining info is available.we live on the internet these days, we all know what to do but, its easier hearing it from someone else. it comes down to discipline if ya got it fuck these guys. if you dont, then pay them your minimal winnings and see where it gets you.

-intense training
-good juice
-proper dosage
-solid diet
-little cardio
