according to 15 he couldn't even squat 315but like the chickster says "it don't matter what you can bench/squat, what matters is what it looks like you can bench/squat"
Other than the steroids, photo-shopping, fake plates, and false lifting/training claims, I think O'Hearn is completely legit.
explain that bar bend
Not photoshop, just fake plates. The silver 20 kg Ivanco plates actually weigh about 5 kgs each. I have lifted those actual plates many times. The outside black plates are real- placed towards the end of the the bar to make it bend a little. The real give away is that Mike's arms are still bent with what is supposed to be 765 pounds. With 765, his arms would be perfectly straight. Plus he's using no chalk and no baby powder. I think Mike pulled 705-720 legit in competition.
Mike pulling a real 655.
you left out fake hair
looks great very impressive, strong dude as well....but def not natural..I'm not saying he's blasting away but def on some sort of HRT.. nothing wrong with that at all just don't claim to be natural cause its just insulting to everyones intelligence
hes def on more than hrt doses
"Started my dry out week and carb load"I love bobybuilding euphemisms, he probably got "a lot more protein in and less carbs this year" for that superb conditioning.
As natural as Barry Bonds fucking Chyna.
The bar bend is happening because the (2) real plates on each side are way out towards the end of the sleeves. Plus the fake plates do weigh around 10 pounds each- so that would be close to 375 pounds total, and 375, especially out on the sleeves should result in some bar bending.
