I am about 6'1/6'2....180 pounds
Today i ate
protein shake
2bowls of cerealy (mostly have omellete-4 eggs/bacon in it)
baked potato with cottage cheese,and speinkle of chedder cheese.
tin of baked beans mixed with a steak, can of tuna and piece of sliced ham.
Fish pie
Protein shake number 2.
What you think?this isn't my typical day but al i could manage,still got 4 food meals,shooting for 5 tho.
