i know people who are born evil..... 8 sibblings could be from the same home... same treatment and one is just evil.. 
same as some people are born gay.....
yes i agree some people are made evil due to life and circumstance 100%
but there are just soe people who just are born evil... eg
two brothers go hunting with their dad one brother like to hunt for sport  one like to hunt and torture... and gets off on it...

temperament doesnt equal evil. youre forgetting the variable of self control.
