i have an outer tricep head .. usually white guys dont develop it.. try palm facing the ground single arm pushdowns on the pulley.. strict form.. should heald build yours out a bit.. the "mass building" tricep exercises most people focus on usually primarily hit the long head.. which is seen from the side and rear view but invisible from the front.. by the way.. my right and left arms are being flexed and positioned totally different from one another in that picture..
