not so sure, I believe he has one of those "Coleman College" "degrees" you hear about. No offense to the hospital patient. I'm sure he can fix a power supply or plug some ethernet cables but I don't think he can do much beyond that (unless a tren needle and a pseudo idol wearing guyliner is sitting at the other end)

In all fairness you don't need a qualification in IT to build up a forum or webpage - I am confindent I can do that in under a day - buy vbulletin (spare me the discussion with "better" free software) - Buy a shared server (for a start until you get busy than get VP and later a dedicated one).
Really can be done real fast.

I already built the forum and its currently running right now.  I'm using PHPBB however for the forum software as its my preferred choice.  I already have a shared server as I needed one for my ecommerce websites and upgraded last year so I have plenty of space.  There's a few people there posting including Avesher but I'm working hard to build up the traffic there.  I simply want to have a place to post my own stuff along with a more expanded business site along with not having to be censored by supplement companies that sponsor the majority of sites out there

Billy was going to be a global moderator and help build up traffic along with wanting to air the in's and out's of RX Muscle and the Wack Pack.  Plus I thought that me and him teaming up again would be great....sort of like Special Ed and Blockhead.

Building up a forum and getting airborne is about the hardest thing todo - and with this I do actually know what I am talking about - There are thousands of admins out there exchanging ideas how to get a forum kickstarted, you can even hire companies that have employees that will in a way pretend good communication so google loves the forum and it looks busy for members to join.

I've been succesfull only twice - once with a games page - and the second time now with my current page and even on that page the forum is slow - which we work very hard to change.

In your case - whats so different to any other forum?

oh and in regards to moderators... sometimes its better todo it yourself you have no idea what headache my mod team gives me, I have two super Co.Admins and 5 mods, the admins get the direction we have to take to kick the page into a higher gear, some of the mods dont understand it, and we have sitrep meetings one a month and all, they still don't get it and get all heavy handed with members.

A single forum slow and just starting its much better if you just do your own bit for a while
