Best way to cut (diet wise)
« on: November 10, 2005, 03:51:37 PM »
Im a 26 yr old male. Im 5'7 180lbs. I have 15% bodyfat.I can Flucuate my weight from 167 to 193 fairly easy.
What I am looking or is the shredded look. One problem I gain and lose the weight but still feel "chubby"
I feel im fairly strong for my weight. I squat 400 and bench 305.
Any suggestions would be great.
Roger

you still squat and bench that much when you're 167?

Usually will drop in both. Nothing drastic . Which this is an obvious sign Im dropping muscle weight.
The way Ive dropped the easiest is to up protein, drop carbs way down.
When cutting a normal day would be. to soy/lean burgers no bread  for breakfast
4 eggs 2 toast later
Chicken breast or wings---- Nothing is fried all baked
Deer meat / with veggie.
lots of deer and beef jerky
I try to eat every 2 hours - which I do pretty well.
I take in minimal sugar sometimes none.
I drink Diet pepsi, Crystal Light, Add 1-2 gallon water.
I work midnight shift at a prison so I lift in the mornings after work. sleep 6 hrs then Go to Football Practice. ( Im a H.S. football coach)
Again any critiques would be great.
Like I said I just cant drop the extra fat . The lowest Ive been is 11%
