Alex is a good dude, like I said Stan and I left to go eat. If I'd been there to spot "E" like I normally do, he would've hit a double no problem !!!!!
He may be a good dude but he needs a lesson in spotter etiquette.

Just got back from Sacramento with Stan, we had a great training session Saturday!!!! Stan hit a PR with an easy 815 deadlift, also did some squats 600 with bands...600 on the bottom, 800 on the top did 2-3 sets 3reps each set extremely easy !!! Also Dan Green trained with us and had a big day as well pulled an 815 also. Thanks as always to Mark Bell and all the guys at SuperTraining!! Will be posting more vids in the following weeks for all you guys, also just found out Stan, Myself and Eric Spoto will be working out at the "ANIMAL" cage this year at the Olympia. I'll let you guys know what day we'll be there.

Just wanted to up-date you guys, we squatted today I'll put the video up in the next few days. I think Stan did an 805 ?? whatever it was it came up like nothing !!! He had at least an 840 in him today. We had to rig up a make shift monolift and there were some minor complications, but all in all great day !!

how do you dudes train the bench?

do you train it twice weekly, with a chest focus day and a tri focus day (lockouts, floor presses, JM presses, etc) or do you train it just once a week?

We'll go heavy one week, then the follwing chest workout is with bands...speed work. We just alternate back and fourth. We do some other stuff like pause training, JM's, floor presses every now and then but nothing to complicated, we have a really good crew that pushes each other really hard !!! I'll be honest the minute Stan, Eric Spoto and Myself started to train with each other we all started hitting PR's left and right lol. Your only as good as your team !!!!

Just wanted to update you guys once again, Stan and I are leaving friday afternoon to go back to train with the boys at SuperTraining in Sacramento. This time we're gonna be squatting first and pulling second, last time we pulled first and squatted last. Get ready the video is gonna be SAVAGE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We're gonna go for so BIG numbers this week, everything feels good right now so it's time to start turning it up !!! 44 days out (6 weeks). The video should be up no later than monday.

Just got back a couple of hours ago with Stan from Sacramento and all I can say is WOW !!!!!! We had a great squat session saturday with Mark Bell Stan hit a PR of 865  Shocked Shocked Shocked I wish I could take credit but it was Mark's idea to add 10lbs to the bar, Stan thought he had around 850 on the bar, he had 855, but Mark approached me and asked what I thought about pushing Stan a little harder for this last lift and I agreed I'd put 5lbs on each side real quick while he wasn't looking. It's just what my boy needed !!!! Thanks again Mark for pushing us !!! we needed to turn it up a notch.

Just wanted to give you guys another up-date, once again this friday Stan and I will be returning to Sacramento to train with Mark and the boys at "ST" We'll be squatting and it's about that time gentleman to start turning it up !!!! We had a very good chest workout last night, Spoto hit a 660 + bands (50lbs of resistance at the top) so 710 at the top, he smoked it !!!! I asked him why it came up so fast and he said " Cause I wanted that shit off of me" LOL Stan hit an easy 585. Saturday morning is "D" day I'll post the video sometime sunday or monday.

What can I say Huh Stan and I just got back from Sac town and D-DAY went down !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stan hit a 905 RAW Squat !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dan Green hit an 800 RAW squat (PR for him) everybody fed off each other, we had a great training session to say the least. Better videos will be up in the following days, but for now....ENJOY my friends.
