Fixing to come off my contest prep cycle which was:

200mg prop
200 mg mast
200 mg tren ace
50 mg winni
Clen 2 weeks on\off
Arimidex eod

Have clomid and d-aa for pct  (had vasectomy in 05 so no need for hvg)

I was planning to start clomid and d-aa 2 weeks after last pin. I have been researching a bridge and gave drol and prop i could bridge with (of course wouldnt run drol) what do you guys think about 100mg of prop a week as a bridge?

I don't see the point in using Prop to be honest.

Might as well just get some Test E/C and shoot 100mg every 7 days.

If Prop is all you have then go for it.

Just my .02cc

Thats a great idea man, hmmmmmm i may do a low dose in offseason and increase for diet. That actually make really good sense. Great plan!!

That's true Clay.

I have noticed from past blood work that in order to get my values back to normal range i need to use around 100mg per week. However, like Gal said in order to maintain the maximum amount of mass you need like 250mg+ per week.

It really depends on your goals and what your blood work looks like. If you are competeing and need to push the envelope, you are going to want to cruise on 250mg minimum if not more. If you're a lifter who just wants to blast/cruise while trying to maintain the best health values, i believe 100mg per week or TRT to be exact is the best option.

Just my opinion on it. Good luck!

Yeah but there's blasting and cruising. Hey Akers were those doses per week or every day? If it was per week wasnt very high to begin with. Anyway I agree with Gal, test E 250 a week or maybe find some good sust and hit it up once a week

can you mantein that physique with only trt dosages? 200~250mg test a week?

I am going for a similar look

I think I might just add some tren e to my cruise, like 100~200mg/week...maybe some anavar here and there (I can get human grade...good stuff  Grin)

Per week on the oils, the winni and ari of course daily and eod...i dont believe in higj dosages. I believe in eating clean and doing more cardio..i am leaning towards the 250mg sust..thrn roll in yo 500mg and maybe some eq and var  Smiley

bridge on some 200-300 mg test e/cyp weekly and stay on that for "bulk" .

have you tried to be on low doses for offseason, then high during diet?

i find it a good recipe.

This is what I do as well.  Higher dosages of tren, masteron, and anavar with no test at all for dieting, and 10iu of GH along with it.  Off season 250 mg of cypionate or enanthate and 4iu of GH.  Can easily get to and maintain 255-260 pounds on that dose.  Higher dosages are needed during dieting.

Nj its tommorow, weighing 193 today. Weigh ins are tonight, this the show I won therall as a 172 lb middleweight in 08. Be a light heavy this time out. Feel at 5'9 this new size looks way better on me. I will get some pics up on gossip and opinions tommorow night.  Btw I weighed 177 in the june show  Wink

adding some long test during diet will prevent that, but has its downsides too Cheesy

I feel good, weighed in at 189.9. That diazide pulled about 2 lbs off...i felt very good although the gentleman that won the tn state and this show in 10 showed up to weigj in 10 min before the cutoff , his name is thomas anderson and lets just say at 5'6 and 184...he looks like dexter jackson, poses like a pro...his muscle bellies are sick..so 2nd in the open is what i am shooting for..
