Check out this guy's Great Arab Genetics - he's my friend's brother and is only 18 years old and eats a ton of junk food while staying lean.  Will likely grow like a weed in the next few years, keep an eye out.

No he's not although that's a good guess since many great bodybuilders are Egyptian.  Nasser is 1/2 Egyptian and deserved at least three Olympias.
