breakfast:
A "bb" breakfast..
3 eggwhites- 5 whole eggs (omellet)
oats, maybe a fruit.

lunch:
Eat whatever your mother/gf cooks.

dinner:
eggwhites and yolks or something else maybe some beef, cottage cheese etc (try to keep the last meal light)

in between you can have some chocolate, coffee, sweets, drinks, snacks...etc.

looks pretty normal to me. You can have your breakfast and last meal "bbing related" because youre actually at your home. during the day and lunch have whatever you want..not too dirty not too clean, keep a balance and measure portions by the eye..

And the most important, TRAIN or you will look like a normal person.

good luck.
This was more or less the answer I was looking for.
Thank you :)

Who the hell eats a can of tuna and two apples for lunch? NOrmal people have a big sandwich with fries or a plate of spagetti or something like that pluss a milkshake and biscuits.

I can see myself having bbq chicken sandwich with loaded waffle fries for lunch.

LOL at these diets. Normal people (who have jobs and perhaps their own family) don't have time to prepare and cook food 6 times a day.
Here is a normal meal plan:

Breakfast:
- 2 fried eggs (sunny side up)
- 1 yogurt
- 4 slices of bread (ham, cheese or peanut butter)
- Glass of milk
- 1 - 2 bananas
- cup of nuts (peanuts or cashew)
- 2-3 glass of orange juice

Lunch:
- Subway 1 foot (with cheese)
- Biscuits
- 1 small mars bar

Mid-day:
- Protein shake
- peanuts
- tea (with two cubes of sugar)

Dinner:
- take-away pizza
      or
- 3-400gm steak or pork chops, potatoes and veggies
- icecream or pudding

Supper:
- Protein shake
- Cookies
- Orange juice
- Apples

Pull your head out of the sand. Its not normal to be healthy.

Do you want to eat healthy or do you want to be normal. I prefer to be normal.

You're starting to sound like a doughboy.

Just eat a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner..  and toss in a protein shake post workout.

All this extra protein and eating is what is making all the perma bulkers.

Normal people don't normally drink protein shakes!

Also, a lot of normal people skip meals, so we're talking like 2 unhealthy meals a day or some shit!

So far all I'm seeing in this thread is healthy (for the most part) moderate eating.  But I wouldn't really classify that as "Eating like a normal person"

If we're talking "normal" in terms of diet of the average American then normal is like coffee for breakfast, cheese burger for lunch, microwave something made in a factory for dinner, then another 500-ish empty calories while watching Dharma & Greg before bed.

Just 3 normal meals with a bit attention to protein, plus 1 medium protein shake before bedtime.

That's it. train and rest and gear and grow like weed....

Currently I'm eating 5-6 meals a day all containing about 30-40g protein? Too much in your opinion?

Would you say cutting back to 3 "clean" meals a day with a good amount of protein and a bit of carbs is the way to go to stay lean and have enough energy for the day?

Eg:
Breakfast:
4 Eggs
50-60g Oats

Lunch:
1 Can Tuna
2 Apples

Dinner:
5-6 Eggs / 200g Steak / 200g Chicken
Maybe some carbs (rice/potato)
Veggies

get the fuck outta here, 6'3 238 LOL.

that "lunch" is like 300 calories.  dinner is like 900, and breakfast is about 500.  monster 1700 calorie meal plan ::)

almost as much bullshit as michael phelps claims.

typical bodybuilder nonsense.  can't count, and can't lie.

tuna shake, dranken [sic] 1.75 minutes after conclusion of your last compound movement repeititon.

add dextrose and your other 4 ingredients at a ratio commensurate with your target body weight.

you don't get to be 227 pounds without acting like your [sic] 227 pounds.   Believe that.
