close to a 700 RAW bench

i just hit 675 tonight,  yeah that's right, 7 plates a side, more than 99.99 percent of getbig can even squat.  i just keep racking on the weight.  how long will it last, will it ever stop?  my prediction, 700 by at the latest january.

Fine-what gym are you at-I am in LA every 2 weeks.......give me the address...I wll go with a camera and if you do 500 for a clean single-which I doubt you can but is possible-I will get 240 to post it......

im just freakishly strong on the bench in my first few months of training i could use 450lbs, most likely due to all the bodyfat i had been carrying.  i genuinly belive im the strongest bencher in history.

i eat about an hour and a half before a i train, some whey before during and after, also a 2 liter of sprite or orange soda.

Big g man is onto something with the softdrink.  I discovered drinking pepsi during a workout was great.  All that caffeine and (guiltfree) sugar.

Not to distort the direction of the thread.  A new thread declaring this challenge must be made so we can have another 40 page hatefest.

I'm betting this never happens.. but I'm also betting it won't be 619 that pulls out.

Scott Mendelson has the world record RAW bench and I think its 744.  I doubt your anywhere near that.

i wasnt aware of that, i thought the record was just a little over 700.

i may not break the word record anytime soon(that could change) but im willing to bet that factoring in the length of my arms that i am most likely the supirior more powerful bencher.
