I have fast food a couple times a week.  Usually Qdoba, BK, or Wendy's.

if you want to cheat but dont want to feel guilty about eating a bunch of junk food or fast food or pizza but still want to change up your diet a little instead of always eating the staple foods like chicken, beef and tuna,,,instead if your craving some pizza,,get the lean pockets pizza pockets. They are low in fat and have a good amount of protein and taste basically the same as a slice of pizza,,or if you like chili ,,buy low fat chili..add some fat free cheese and a little hot sauce and then again you have a good meal but not with all the fat,,plus i am scared to eat at fast food places nowadays. I ate McDonalds about a month ago after eating good quality food for months without cheating,,and i felt sick for a few days. Those fast food places have roaches and bugs that get into things and you never know how the cook is preparing your meal. I read somewhere on getbig that someone saw a cook scratch his/her back with the spatula while flipping burgers. I am sure an occasional fast food stop wont kill you,,but there is a chance your body may not feel 100 percent after you eat it.
