AFter my first cycle this summer i have problems with gyno. it is definetly noticible and i am worried that if i want to do another cycle then it will get real bad.?

Should i take some nolva with it or will that mess with my gains?

I would go with the nolva, but I dont since I'm going to have mine removed... However I would like to take the nolva for a while before I get it removed because supposedly it helps to reduce the size of the gyno.

hell yes, take 20mg nolva every day till it clears up, and next cycle take 20 mg nolva every other day or so.
