And do you know why? There is over an hour warm up session before he starts those giant sets, where he pre-fatigue his muscles. That isn't on the video, because it is quite normal training with moderate to heavy loads. He has bench 312kg/690lb at the competition, so is he weak? What is your record at the competition? I bet it isn't quite there yet. What comes to Milos, he is screwing Mentula big time, and as we see at the last video, there is prize to pay. He has problems with his knee and then he hurt his chest. Video has been taken on Saturday, and next Monday he has giant sets for the legs with bad knee. Excellent coaching from Milos. Will Mentula survive this excellent coaching? Only time will tell. What we know already, is that there isn't any point to pay big money for coaching just to get top 7 to 15th place in some minor pro competition. He could not place higher than that, unless jury is blind and insane. So what is the point? Point is simple: It is a crime to let stupid people keep their money

i made reference to the FIRST clip you moron. what warm up sets that "i didn't see?"
