290 (up from 225 when I started school)
30% Probably... got fat since I been going to college and haven't had enough time/money/drive to eat right/work out. Having a pregnant wife hasn't helped matter either.

Getting back into the groove now though.

Yeah I think it's one of those guys that has posted pics of himself weighing like 130#'s claiming to be shredded, maybe just a similar username.

Is it 290#'s of usable weight or extra belt weight?

Id say 250 of usable weight, 40 of belt weight $:-\$
Its been hard just to get back into the swing of things, especially when you're used to eating like shit because it's cheap.

My only option was either bodyweight exercises or running, and as soon as I got out of the groove it was over. Just had more important things on my plate at the time.

Eh, bw stuff sucks unless you are trying to be "fit" and running at 290 is likely to kill you.

Yeah, I just went for a run, and it was bad. Made it around 2 miles at like 5 mph. Felt like when I used to do range runs in the Corp with 50-60 pounds of gear.
Talk about sucking.

I'm eyeballing it against older known independent body fat tests that I've had over the years. I'm willing to accept that I might be off by a percentage or two.

haha i was 260 when i joined this site. after AIDS/MS/cancer i dropped to 202, now hovering between 205 and 212, generally.

i just deadlifted 515 a couple weeks ago... does this appease great chaos?

Yes, its not 100% accurate but its not far off either, and good for monitoring progress!

That thing said I was 22% @ 6'2" and I was about 280 at the time.
