Looks good broskie. Maybe combine some "hair of the dog that bit ya" and a little Motrim to help cure your ails.

You are probably the worst human being alive, avocados and salmon are perhaps the most glorious mix of flavors

Raw food is good for you. I try to eat as raw as possible lately, no more grilling especially red meat... free radicals makes you age..

Raw = feels awesome, no more bloat, gas, sluggishness..

Try a green salad with rare steak, awesome stuff

tbh, i don't really like salmon or avocado, but will suffer them in the sake of healthy eating/good diet. although avocado is great mixed with chillies and finely diced onion.

but raw is not always giving you the best nutritional value of the food.

i tried a very rare steak once or twice, it's just not for me. the texture of raw meat makes me gag....again 1  ;D

but a medium steak with salad and lots of raw, crisp onions and a massive handful of fresh spinach cooked in a little olive oil in the steak juices is delicious

Butt hurts individuals accumulates on here (respawned under gimmicks) like sediment in a swamp... time to clean up. If veterans stick together, everything is possible. We should not tolerate unfunny, hateful trolling on here, plain and simple.

Back to this thread, another feel good trick is drinking cooled green tea w/ brown rice while training. Keeps you fresh and cool while keepign a constant flow of GOOD anti oxidant. I make about a gallon a day and sip through he day.
