Usain Bolt stayed up late into the night after winning gold in the 100m yesterday, posing for pictures with a trio of Swedish handball players at 3:00am London time. According to the Swedish newspaper Sports Bladet, Isabelle Gulldén, Jamina Roberts and Ulrika Ågren ran into a member of the Jamaican delegation when they returned to the Olympic Village from dinner, then talked their way into Bolt's room, where they hung out for an hour.

They talked and ate McDonald's, Sports Bladet says, and then Bolt tweeted out a picture from the get-together. In the photo, they're flashing the West Side Crips "gang sign." But that sign has become so ubiquituous and mainstream that we probably shouldn't read too much into it. According to a Google-translated version of the Sports Bladet story, Roberts said, "We said that we can not f****ing go home from here without having met Usain Bolt."
